The product is built for teams facing client assurance, procurement, framework, audit, and governance questions. Instead of assembling evidence when someone asks, Kadya keeps the requirement, supporting evidence, and outstanding actions connected over time. Where AI is used, Kadya also supports the relevant EU AI Act and internal oversight workflows.

Kadya does not guarantee compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, employment law, or any other regulation. Outputs such as requirement mappings, evidence records, candidate notices, classifications, suggested actions, and reports are tools for review and action, not legal conclusions.
Why we built this
Recruitment suppliers are expected to show how client requirements are being delivered, but the evidence is usually spread across ATS activity, policies, QMS documents, reporting processes, and individual team members.
The difficult part is not producing another policy or answering one questionnaire. It is keeping a reliable record of what the client requires, what evidence supports delivery, who has confirmed it, and what still needs attention.
Kadya was built to replace disconnected spreadsheets, policy folders, and one-off procurement answers with a current assurance record that keeps evidence close to the systems and workflows that produce it. Where AI is used, its inventory, oversight, and evidence requirements form one governed part of that broader record.
